Refund policy

I want you to be 100% happy with your PJs! In the event that you must return, please follow directions, below.

Email info@justinjeanpjs.com to request prepaid return label that will be sent, via email, within 24 hours for you to print out at your convenience.

Please reuse poly bag, include original packing slip and attach prepaid return label.

Please keep in mind that returns WILL NOT be accepted after 30 days from purchase. It must be in our hands on the 30th day. We will allow 60 days for an exchange. Exchanges are free of charge. Return shipping for returns will be the buyer's responsibility.

Preordered items: Return policy begins on the date the item is shipped. For example: If item is shipped out on October 1, that is when the 30 day period begins.

Pajamas must be in brand new condition with tags attached. ALL packaging and accessories must accompany the return- also in brand new condition.

We reserve the right, after inspecting the return for damages (including, but not limited to: washing/drying, worn merchandise, tags removed, etc.), to deny refund.

PLEASE READ CARE LABEL, CAREFULLY. I can tell immediately if care label instructions were not followed and if the item was worn/washed.
